EE sponsors the BAFTAs every year, finding new ways to make their audience feel closer than ever. This year, we created the Roboselfie, the first high-speed, selfie-snapping robot that gave fans pics with celebs, right on red carpet. I was the creative lead and copywriter on the project. Along crafting a voice for the Roboselfie and penning entertaining tweet copy, I was also there in person on the night writing new, bespoke tweets live. Sadly, Meryl Streep didn’t pose with the Roboselfie, but I did happen to bump into her later. She was very convincing as someone on their way to the loo.
